• events and leaders that led the Women’s Suffrage Movement and the passage of the Nineteenth Amendment
• events that led to Prohibition and the passage of the 18th and 21st Amendments
• the causes and outcomes of the Great Depression

• the programs associated with Franklin D. Roosevelt’s New Deal
