A few years ago, I was completely bedridden and unable to walk. Being is such a terrible physical state left me in a pretty bad mental state too. I would lay in bed making lists of all the things I was certain I would never ever be able to do again.![]()

After losing the ability to walk, mountain hiking was completely out of the question. But, last week, I went mountain hiking for the first time in almost 10 years! It was hard. At times, I didn't think I could keep going. But, it was totally worth it and helped in my continued journey of transforming my mindset.![]()
